Kent County Extension Advisory Council
The Kent Extension Advisory Committee's Duties are as follows
- To serve in an advisory capacity to the county Extension faculty in:
a) developing the overall county Extension program.
b) identifying problem areas that Extension could address and
c) establish program priorities.
- To maintain adequate fiscal internal control procedures to handle any direct county funds and/or local non-governmental funds related to local groups and organization's involvement in and with programs of Maryland Cooperative Extension.
- To assist with informing elected officials, clientele, support group and the general public about Extension programs, activities and accomplishments.
- To assist with building financial support for Extension programs.
