Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

- Monthly Lunch and Learn and After School Healthy Snacks classes for youth and adults at the Kent Family Service Center.
- Color Me Healthy classes in nutrition for pre-school youth at HH Garnett Elementary School, Kent Family Service Center and child care providers at Chesapeake College.
- Nutrition programs at the Amy Lynn Ferris Senior Center and at the Chestertown Food Pantry.
- 350 FSNE recipe calendars were distributed to local low-income residents at the Kent Family Service Center, Chestertown Food Pantry, Amy Lynn Ferris Senior Center and Kent Department of Social Services.
- Nutrition and physical activity programs at Kent County Outdoor Education.
- Participant in Kent on the Move task force.
